Wonderful hike around the "gardeners' village" of Lautern with magnificent views and interesting religious objects. The hiking trail is lined with interesting objects that impressively reflect the popular piety of the inhabitants. The trail leads through beautiful forests, the Lappertal valley nestles closely into the Rosenstein and Mittelberg mountains.

A wonderful hike around the "gardener's village" of Lautern with magnificent views and interesting religious objects. The hiking trail is lined with objects that impressively reflect the popular piety of the inhabitants. The trail leads through beautiful forests and along the Lappertal valley, narrow between Rosenstein and Mittelberg, past the source of the Lauter. After Lauterburg in the direction of Pfaffenberg, you are rewarded with a magnificent view of Lautern, the Rems Valley and the eastern cliffs of the Rosenstein. This trail consists mostly of gravel roads, some of which are forest and meadow paths.
