Beautiful walk around Überlingen town center to the four Überlingen Kneipp facilities.

The perfect loop for all Kneipp enthusiasts, along the 4 Überlingen Kneipp pools the element of water becomes an element of water becomes an experience. Start at the landing stage. Following the lakeside promenade to the west, you reach the villa gardens via the small bridge at Gondelehafen. It's not just the modern Kneipp facility that makes the heart of every Kneippian beat faster here. The herb beds created for the 2021 State Garden Show are a second pillar of Kneipp's teachings.

Past the Bodensee-Therme, where the Kneipp theme also plays a major role, the path leads to the Uferpark. The element of water is omnipresent here. A handrail directly in Lake Constance invites you to take a Kneipp walk in the cool Lake Constance water. Benches and spacious sunbathing lawns invite you to linger and enjoy, to regenerate your mind as well as your body.

The trail leads out at the end of the park by the Silvester Chapel and through Goldbach into the Überlingen spa district and past the internationally renowned Buchinger-Wilhelmi clinic for therapeutic fasting and integrative medicine. Following the signs for the SeeGang premium trail, you reach the upper part of the town garden below the Kneipp & Vitality Hotel Röther. The town's third Kneipp treading pool is hidden here under shady trees. This is a wonderful place to refresh yourself, especially in the summer months.While the SeeGang leads to its lower section at the end of the upper Stadtgarten, follow the path past the Hexenhäusle to the north. At the Aufkircher Tor gate, you reach the Überlinger Stadtgraben, which you follow eastwards after crossing Aufkircher Straße. Cool, leafy footpaths in the Überlingen moat now lead around the village towards the train station. After crossing Wiestorstraße, the Nellenbachgraben continues along shady footpaths alongside mighty city walls towards the Menzing Gardens. Here you can linger and relax with a wonderful view of Lake Constance.

The path to the fourth Kneipp pool now leads through a quiet residential area to the east of the town. In the immediate vicinity of the lake at the Strandhotel Seehof, you can wade through the cool water again in the Storchengang before returning to the landing site along the lakeside promenade.
