Große Rundwanderung durch Aichwald (RW 1)

The longest circular hiking trail in Aichwald leads through the four districts of the municipality of Aichwald and connects Aichschieß, Krummhardt, Aichelberg and Schanbach. The route is almost flat and a highlight is the Karlstein vantage point with a wonderful view of the Strümpfelbach vineyards and the beautiful Rems Valley.

The route is almost flat, but not suitable for baby carriages. The highlight of the route is the "Karlstein" viewpoint with a magnificent view of the Strümpfelbach vineyards. It is also worth taking a look at the tiny "Krummhardter Kirchlein" church - one of the prettiest places of worship in the Esslingen district. The "Drei Linden" playground and barbecue area invites you to play and linger along the way.
