The route starts in Schwäbisch Hall-Steinbach and takes you up a challenging climb (approx. 1.5 km) to Hessental. From there, the route continues via Sulzdorf to Vellberg. You should not miss a visit to the "Städtle" with its castle and underground battlements. The route then descends relatively steeply along the road into the valley. From here, the route leads through various wooded areas to Crailsheim-Roßfeld. A cycle path along the main road takes you to Crailsheim town center and the Kocher-Jagst cycle path.
