An entertaining tour around Eisenharz through the Eisenhammer Moos.

We start on the beautiful village square in Eisenharz and walk past the town hall and guest office, which was built in 1998. The town hall fountain consists of a granite block. It has bronze arches at the four corners, which form an open casing and are reminiscent of the hilly landscape of the Allgäu. At the intersection of the arches stands the Allgäu cow on a milk churn. Passing the parish church of St. Benedikt, we head towards Böschleshof. The path leads us into the Eisenhammer Moos, which is one of the 31 wetlands in the Bodenmöser nature reserve. At the entrance to Eisenharz, we head towards Vorholz. Past the "Ochs am Berg" (ox on the mountain), a trail lines the path until it leads over two short climbs to the forest clearing.
