Hikers can expect steep climbs to the viewpoints on the Schankelberg and Hascheid. There you can enjoy fantastic views of the Prims valley and the Nonnweiler valley bridge. In between, narrow paths through old beech trees lead to idyllic stream passages along the Prims and Forstelbach rivers. Below the summit of the Kahlenberg, you hike along cool, shady paths through the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park.
