Brokser Circular Path (Tour 7)

The place Bruchhausen-Vilsen has around 40 km of marked hiking trails. By combining different paths, circular routes of various lengths are created (Tour 1-Tour 7). It goes through gentle hills, fields, lush meadows passing by streams and through intact nature around Bruchhausen-Vilsen.The diversity of nature and the charms of the seasons make these paths discovery tours. Places to stop for refreshments, sights, and special features are included in the respective tour descriptions. The routes are well marked and generally lead over easily walkable paths.Tour 7 Brokser Rundweg from the i-point/TourismService at the train station through the pastures to the main melioration canal and back through Bruchhausen (7.5 km, marking: 6 circles and tree):Special features: Museum railway, water trace, biotopes, main melioration canal and adjacent facilities.The hiking trail leads from the i-point/TourismService at the train station through Lange Straße past the town hall. At the traffic light intersection, we turn left and shortly after follow the street Zu den Weiden to the main canal of the melioration, the formerly largest irrigation and drainage system in Europe.
