From Bad Meinberg to Detmold (ADFC tour suggestion)

You start at the bike rental and ride to the right along Brunnenstraße until you reach the monument, then turn left into Krumme Straße, then straight into Marktstraße to Bad Meinberg Bus Station. After crossing Hamelner Straße into the residential street Auf der Heide and from the second left junction, follow the sign "Horn - Fürstenroute" to Horn and further to the natural and cultural monument Externsteine. This cycle path signage will lead you via Holzhausen to Berlebeck. Then continue through the valley of Berlebecke with the sign "Detmold-FürstenRoute" to Theaterplatz. Here you can visit the historical old town of Detmold. Continue through Meierstraße to Weerthplatz. Follow the sign "Aqualip", where you will come across the cycle path signage "Werre-Radweg", follow this until you reach the starting point in Bad Meinberg.
