During the hike, you will explore the nature reserve "Limberg and Offelter Berg". The beech and mixed forests there are up to 200 years old. On Limberg, you can visit the castle of the same name from the 13th century with its well-preserved main tower. Across Offelter Berg and through meadows and fields with beautiful views, you will return to Bad Holzhausen.
The relaxing effect of hiking can be enhanced by exercises for breathing, muscles, and the musculoskeletal system for those plagued by stress. This hiking tour can also be easily mastered by inexperienced hikers at an appropriate walking pace.
