The connecting element is the vegetation: hedges, trees as natural monuments, rows of trees and forests accompany you on this interesting circular tour. Picturesque rows of trees lead in the forest-poor district of Herford to dreamy, small farm forests. Much is done to protect particularly beautiful individual trees. Woody vegetation can also be found in hedges and pollarded willows, parks and in alder rows near streams.
