Höxter | Bike through the Nethetal

By train you can reach the starting point of your bike tour in Bad Driburg from Höxter. Shortly after the train station, you will see on the left side the Gräflicher Park in Bad Driburg. For the multiple award-winning garden in the style of an English landscape park, you should definitely take some time.

The further way to Höxter runs steadily downhill and leads you from Riesel through the valley of the Nethe and its tributaries. On the way, you will also pass through the old Hanseatic city of Brakel and the villages of Bruchhausen and Godelheim in Höxter. The last kilometers will take you along the Weser River to Höxter.

The landscape between Bad Driburg and Brakel is hilly and wooded, the section between Höxter and Brakel is characterized by fields and meadows.
