The path leads through the spa town of Bad Holzhausen, as well as the two recognized air health resorts of Börninghausen and Preußisch Oldendorf. The "Eggetal" in Börninghausen offers a particularly beautiful landscape and wide views, which is almost entirely surrounded by wooded heights. With the districts of Börninghausen, Büscherheide, and Eininghausen, the Eggetal is rightly referred to as the "Jewel of the Lübbecke Region". In Bad Holzhausen, the historic spa park invites you to a lovely stroll. Connected to the spa park, you will also find the House of Guests, a former manor house, now a meeting place with tourist information, tourism office, history room, and much more. Next to the House of Guests is the old estate water mill, where grain was still ground until 1958. Along this path, you will also find two very beautiful old manor houses, the former manor house of Groß-Engershausen and the Crollage Castle, which allow you to immerse yourself in the past.
