Over some minor inclines you reach Hallenberg. Behind Neuastenberg, the Great Saukopf is climbed in the direction of Hoheleye. Slightly sloping, Schmallenberg is then targeted. After the ascent to Niedersorpe, you follow along the Sorpe. Before Siedlinghausen, the route leads over the Große Bildchen (700m), then slightly rising to Winterberg. The last ascent leads to Küstelberg. From there, it goes downhill back to Medebach.
