Haxterberg walk

This walk leads from the "Knickweg", located around 230 meters high near Haxterberg airfield, over the so-called Höllenberg around 50 meters down into the Haxtergrund, which is one of the most popular city-near excursion destinations of Paderborn. Then it runs along the northern edge of the valley for almost a kilometer on the Old Pilgrimage Trail. Afterwards it goes back up - past the arboretum - to Haxterberg. At the top, a visit to the arboretum is definitely worthwhile, where around 40 different tree species, shrubs, and flowers grow.
