This circular hiking trail is marked with the symbol A3 and can be started at various points.
The ideal starting point is Harkortberg. Via a small loop in a northeast direction to the shelter above Harkortsee near Buschkämpen, it goes back to the starting point.
The path is relatively flat and not as hilly or steep as many others here in the Ardey Mountains. Along the route are the Wetter Climbing Forest and the Harkort Tower viewpoint.
