Two lakes tour - Along Obersee and Rursee

On this bike tour, you will circle the deep blue waters of Lake Obersee and Lake Rursee and allow yourself to be enchanted by the surrounding landscape of the Eifel National Park. The idyllic Eifel Lake Plateau is surrounded by deep forests and a green meadow landscape.

Facts about the Eifel Lake Plateau:

It consists of Lake Obersee, Lake Urftsee, and Rur Reservoir Schwammenauel, also known as the "Amazon of the Eifel".
Here you can find many rare animal and plant species such as beavers, eagle owls, wildcats, buzzards, red kites, as well as bear's root and daffodil meadows or hart's tongue fern and beech fern.
The lakes are located in the only national park in North Rhine-Westphalia.
