The Path of the Senses is a themed trail that is especially suitable for families. It leads for almost 5 km from the town center of Bakede through field paths into the Süntel forest with wide panoramic views and back into the village via an adventure trail.
The special feature of this circular path is the 10 interactive stations that invite you to play and learn with all your senses. The intellectual father of the stations, the educator and artist Hugo Kükelhaus, was concerned with the relationship between the environment and the sensory organs. Discover along the way wind harp, climate scale, humming stone, and much more. Xylophone, Tangram, and seasonal trees are part of the adventure trail. A guided tour of the Path of the Senses takes about 2 hours.
