Ochsensee:

A little off the beaten track, the Ochsensee, approximately 1.5 hectares in size and 4 to 5 meters deep, stretches out. Located near the Strotheniederung nature reserve, the water not only invites you to linger, but an information board offers the opportunity to learn about a variety of local fish species.

Lippesee:

A real highlight is the Lippesee, which offers tranquility and relaxation, as well as a variety of opportunities for activities. A relaxing break by the water is just as possible here as stand-up paddling or action at the nearby waterski lake. The surrounding gastronomy establishments invite you to make a short stop.

Schloß Neuhaus:

For the State Garden Show in 1994, the Baroque garden at Neuhäuser Schloss was partially reconstructed and the meadows of Alme, Lippe, and Pader were transformed into an extensive recreational landscape. Now a member of the European Garden Heritage Network, the castle and meadow park not only have horticultural attractions. Adventure playgrounds attract visitors there, as do museums, art exhibitions, and numerous open-air events.

Padersee:

Around the Padersee, the 2.1 km long path invites you to run, walk, and play. Nearby, there are also fish ponds with additional play and adventure opportunities, including a climbing park. And finally, the nearby Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum, the world's largest computer museum, is impressive.

Gartenschau:

In Bad Lippspringe, the garden show area awaits you. With the floral splendor in Kaiser-Karls-Park and the adjacent healing forest, the area designed for the State Garden Show in 2017 has everything you need to spend relaxing hours. In addition, there is an attractive events program that appeals to tourists and locals, young and old alike.
