In the late summer months of August and September, the heath landscape between Steimbke and Rodewald is particularly attractive. The peaceful journey through fields and meadows invites you to a relaxed bike ride on well-developed paths without the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The joint municipality of Steimbke with its member municipalities Linsburg, Rodewald, Steimbke, and Stöckse is located in the midst of a charming heath, moor, and forest landscape and is excellently suited for cycling.

Our three signposted circular tours (Eulen-Tour, Nature Pure, From Giants and Stones) lead through agriculturally shaped villages. The area is very diverse on one side, for example, the heath and moor landscape between Steimbke and Rodewald, and on the other side, the state forest "Krähe" around Stöckse.
