Parish bush Steyerberg

The Pfarrbusch is a forest and recreational area near Steyerberg. The "Langhorst Kuhlengraben" (Beeke) meanders through the forest. The paths are used by many walkers, joggers, and Nordic walking enthusiasts. The local heritage association maintains and cares for the hiking trails, as well as the pavilion, signs, and benches. The pavilion in the Pfarrbusch was built in 1934 by local friends. At that time, it was a popular spot for families. Today, it still serves as a resting place for hikers and strollers. The circular route leads through the Pfarrbusch and Märchenwald, past the Klappermühle, to the pavilion, and back to the starting point at Sportallee.
