The long tour from Plettenberg leads several times through the Lennetal and the valleys of the Lenne tributaries. Thus, challenging climbs and rapid descents characterize this tour. It starts from the valley of the Lenne near Plettenberg. From here, the route winds its way through heights and valleys up to Röhrenspring and Faulebutter, to then after further climbs in Langenei meet the Lenne again. Further mountains follow until Apollmicke, until finally, after a view of the Biggesee, it goes to Attendorn. Once over the mountain and the starting point in the Lennetal is reached again.
