If you have some more time available, you can enjoy nature on this circular hiking trail. After leaving behind the historic castle ruins and the museum courtyard, you will enter the meadow area, where you can enjoy the tranquility.
Hike along the Große Aue to Varlheide before taking the return journey lined with old farmhouses back to the museum courtyard.
