Along the Schwammklöpperlinie Bad Fredeburg - Schmiedinghausen - Holthausen - Schmallenberg there are various hiking tours. This tour passes through all stops of the bus line. You can hike the entire tour, or just parts of the route and then return or continue with the Schwammklöpper line.
This variant leads from Schmallenberg at the foot of Wilzenberg to Winkhausen. Then it continues via Gleidorf to Holthausen and finally to Bad Fredeburg.
In principle, the tour can also be hiked in the opposite direction.
