The Stream - Cycle path along the Weser River and the Hagen King's Moor

The tour leads through Osterstade, a marshland crisscrossed by moors and heath areas.
On the Weser Circular Route, you can ride directly along the Weser dike and enjoy the magnificent view for over 12 km. For a change of perspective, simply take the Weser ferry from Sandstedt to Brake on the opposite side and look at the Weser dike from a different angle.
In the municipality of Hagen im Bremischen, it is worth getting off the saddle in two places. The brick castle "Burg zu Hagen" from the 16th century offers a varied cultural program all year round and can be visited. Furthermore, one of the most impressive church buildings of Neo-Gothic architecture from 1897 is located there, the Martin Luther Church.
