The Biederbach tapas tour shows you the culinary side of the hiking village of Biederbach. Along the way, you will stop off at the two inns Höhengasthaus zum Kreuz and Gasthof Hirschen-Dorfmühle for a well-deserved refreshment break.Strengthened by the first round of Black Forest tapas at Höhengasthaus zum Kreuz, the hike takes you to your second stop on the tour, Gasthof Hirschen Dorfmühle in Biederbach "Dorf". The hike begins with the fifth stage of the ZweiTälerSteig and the Kandel-Höhenweg. Continue via the Schwabenkreuz to the Schutterquelle spring. From Schlegelsberg, the route leads over the Bausethöhe in the direction of Hintertal. From there, continue to the Hirschen-Dorfmühle inn in the village center.
