Sollinghöhen (HS 1) -> Solling Heights (HS 1)

From the start, follow the August Müller path to the Mecklenbruch high moor. This is crossed on a wooden walkway. At the high ropes course, turn sharp right and follow Schießhäuser Straße to the next intersection. Then turn left, down Torfhüttenstraße to the B 497. Shortly before the federal road, turn left onto the hiking trail along the B 497. After 250 m, cross the federal road and descend down the Mühlengrund to Fohlenplacken. In the center of the village, turn right and immediately left again. The hike leads up Kohlgrund to L 549 and follows it until Neuhaus. From here, continue on Derentaler Weg and later turn left down to Ahlequelle. Then cross the B 497 and on the right side parallel to the federal road, you will reach Wildpark Neuhaus on Ahlequellenweg. Follow the path to the Eichenallee. Follow this uphill to Trakehner Weg. Follow this downhill to Dölmeweg, turn left towards Neuhaus and then behind the stud wall turn right over Ludwig-Ilse-Weg up to Hochsollingturm. Follow the LiebesBankWeg, past Moosberghütte, over Annemonenweg back to the start.
