Section by section, the route leads on rarely traveled roads along the route of the "Tour de Uhl", a street race that was held multiple times in the 90s and was attended by well-known cyclists like Jan Ullrich. The small village of Röbbel also made cycling history for years. Inspired by the cycling classic Paris-Roubaix, the circuit race "The Hell of the North" took place here regularly in the spring. If you like, you can tackle the cobblestone passage of the race, which is not part of the "East Circle Tour" route. A "highlight" for all mountain goats awaits at the end of the circular tour - the "ascent" to the 71-meter (!) high wind turbine in Emmendorf.
