In earlier times, "De ooler Schoolpad" was a shortcut for school children who had to walk from Kirchwistedt to Wellen to school. Today, the short hiking trail is ideal for stretching your legs in idyllic nature. With a bit of luck, you can also observe storks and other animal species by the wayside.
