Lunsen/Werder-Red Route

The red route (6.6 km) leads via Holtorf, past Lunser Church to Werder, directly past Werder's Ostrich Farm along the Wischkämpegraben, over Kirchwiehe back to Thedinghausen. The starting point is at Schloss Erbhof Thedinghausen.

The route is good to walk in any weather. It is a flat, easy-to-handle route in a picturesque landscape, but you will need asphalt pads as the route is mostly on paved paths. Parking spaces and benches, also for a subsequent picnic in the green, are available in sufficient numbers.
