The tour starts at the town hall in the center of Kirchhundem. From Kirchhundem to Emlinghausen, it mainly leads along cycle paths. In the further course towards Heinsberg, it goes along less frequented roads. Until Würdinghausen, the route then runs on the L713 through the Bachtal of the Lütke Aa and the Albaumer Bach. Continuing towards Kirchhundem, you then cycle again on less frequented roads.
A stop at the pilgrimage church Kohlhagen, a place of spiritual and mental peace, should definitely be made.
