The starting point is the former school in Weng, where the later patron saint of the town, St. Brother Konrad von Parzham, was taught in 1824. From there, the route continues to St. Wolfgang with its beautiful pilgrimage church, into the "New World" until shortly before Schnellertsham. Continuing through a wooded area near the Lederbach golf course, the second half of the route is almost entirely downhill as a reward for the meters of altitude covered.
