The starting point for this short hike is the hiking parking lot in Talpenberg, a district of the town of Elstra. The route runs around the Schwarzenberg and offers numerous natural attractions. For some years now, the mountain has been home to the "Black Mountain Bike Park" with several downhill trails for mountain bikers. On many parts of the hiking trail, you can gain an insight into this sport while avoiding direct conflict with mountain bikers.
