You start at the Weser-Ems-Halle and cycle towards the Pferdemarkt. Here you see the venerable building of the State Library. The typical Oldenburg doghouses impress with beautiful facade and roof decorations. Next stop is Etzhorn, a district of Oldenburg with two distilleries. Over the "Wahnbeck" spoke, a long peat path leads into the Wesermarsch. Centuries-old farmhouses with white half-timbered walls and thatched roofs can be found in Mooriemen. Cows and sheep are your constant companions in the meadows and on the dikes. The nature reserve Gellener Torfmöörte leads you back to the center via the "Bornhorster See" spoke. There are plenty of dairy products to taste.
