Starting point Lechbrücke.
From the Lechbrücke (west side) downstream on the Lechuferweg along the Lech, past the rapids of the original riverbed, town hall, ice rink, to the school and sports grounds. Cross the footbridge on the Gruberbach stream to reach Lechwiesenstraße. Turn right and follow the road towards the campsite. After the campsite, turn right and cross the dam of the Upper Lech Lake on the crest of the dam. Continue along the lake, the path slowly leads back upstream to Gründl and back to the Lech bridge. From the dam onwards, the path is no longer suitable for baby carriages.
Tip: If you want a wonderful view of the mountains in the direction of travel at the end, do the loop the other way round.
The path is unfortunately not suitable for cyclists.
