As the "little neighbor" of the Taubenberg, the Fentberg tends to lead a shadowy existence. Unjustly so, as the loop over the Fentberg rewards you with a fanatical mountain view and is also less crowded.
The only downside is the access route via a service road and forest road, which can be completed by children as a runbike route before the "interesting path" (if the parents carry the runbike afterwards).
