Milk-Cow-Cool-Tour Butjadingen

The route leads out of Tossens along the dyke through Langwarden and Fedderwardersiel to Burhave. In Langwarden there is a remarkable church with a historic organ, and in the Langwarden cultural center, there is a museum dedicated to the mathematician and surveyor Carl Friedrich Gauss. A little further on, you pass the Deichschäferei Feldhausen with an attached Melkhus. From there, it's also worth taking a look over the dyke at the Langwarder Groden nature discovery trail, unfortunately not accessible by bike.
Next stop is the fishing village of Fedderwardersiel, where at the fishing cooperative you can not only eat fresh fish but also learn a lot about life in and around the water at the National Park House Fedderwardersiel Museum. The village of Burhave is one of the tourist centers of Butjadingen with numerous leisure and gastronomy offerings. At the beach and in the North Sea lagoon, you can swim in the North Sea.
In Burhave, the route leads from the dyke inland through Syuggewarden and Süllwarden towards Seeverns. Here you can not only stop at a Melkhus but also, by appointment, visit the "Hof Seeverns" of the Harbers-Bahr family and buy delicious dairy products at the farm's own store. A little further on, at the corner of Breeweg/Bahnhofstraße, on the Kuck family's farm, there is also the option of regular farm tours.
Finally, the route continues to the village of Ruhwarden, where the model exhibition "Kleine Welten" is located. From there, it continues to Tossens, the starting point of the route.
