The Kloo-Aschertal trail is one of the cross-country skiing highlights. It is one of the most snow-sure trails far and wide and is always perfectly groomed - which means cross-country skiing enjoyment often from as early as November and well into spring. The further you run into the valley, the more romantic it becomes. Once you reach the end of the valley, a long and easy descent to Hauswies rewards you for the effort of the ascent.
If the trail is not yet groomed from the Stocker parking lot, we recommend starting at the Zipflwirt.
The trail is suitable for both skaters and classic cross-country skiers.
