Easy circular trail, almost no elevation gain

The Eisenbachhain nature reserve is worth a visit at any time of year.

Starting point is at the Stadtreitereiche parking lot (directly on the B 464 between Dettenhausen and Walddorfhäslach).

The route circles the Eisenbachhain nature reserve. From the path, there are always varied views of the oldest nature reserve in Schönbuch Nature Park with its giant trees.The route runs almost exclusively on wide forest paths; once it goes along a root path. There are two huts on the short loop, one of which has a barbecue area. The starting point at the Stadtreitereiche also offers seating and barbecue facilities.The circular route is signposted in both directions.
