Description by the author

What did a Celtic fortress of the Iron Age look like 2,000 years ago and how did our ancestors live in the largest Celtic fortress in Europe? What weapons did a warrior use? Answers to these and other questions can be found on the hiking trail, which is signposted in four languages. Interesting facts about the Celts, the mighty gateway, the water supply at the spring, the construction of the wall and the settlement of the inner plateau are presented. The municipality of Nonnweiler regularly offers organized group tours and workshops for young and old.
