The Bad Essener health paths ...
are ideal terrain paths for a controlled cardiovascular workout in the fresh air and natural landscape.
They are suitable for health walking, hiking, Nordic walking, and jogging. All three paths are circular paths that start opposite the saltwater pool. They have different lengths between 3 and 5 km. The health paths are individually measured according to elevation profile and assessed in a medical report based on stress requirements.
Health path 2 "LILA" is a relaxing, varied path through a
sunlit mixed forest. Along the way, there is a climatic change between sun and shade, with a gentle breeze. The paths are well maintained, mostly covered with gravel or pavement. Benches for resting are available.
And the tip: Halfway through, take a break at the sensory station in the garden of the Paracelsus Clinic.
