This 122 km circular trail leads through the land of a thousand possibilities: The Upper Palatinate Lake District is home to Lake Steinberg, the largest lake in Eastern Bavaria. But it doesn't stop there in this region, which is rich in rivers and lakes - here are just a few of the many names on offer: Murner See, Klausensee, Hammersee, Eixendorfer See, Grüner See. Numerous water sports facilities open up the water paradise: water skiing and wakeboarding, sailing, surfing, swimming, diving, boat trips on the Naab and Regen rivers, countless fishing opportunities in standing and flowing waters. Cyclists' hearts beat faster when they can refresh themselves in the cool water after an extensive tour or treat themselves to a well-earned cool drink on a lakeside terrace.
