Hohenbogen Bergsteig

At the valley station of the Hohenbogenbahn, we walk uphill to the left along the downhill run and come close to the middle station of the chairlift. This is also the start of the summer toboggan run. Here we cross the main downhill run and continue uphill along the edge of the downhill run. After approx. 250 m, we leave the downhill run and walk through the forest along the Nk10 until we reach the first refreshment stop, the Berggasthaus Schönblick. From there we continue uphill to the most beautiful mountain inn in the Bavarian Forest, the Berghaus Hohenbogen, and to the top station of the chairlift, where we can enjoy a magnificent view. (Berghaus Hohenbogen restaurant is open like the chairlift).
