Tour 27: Michelsneukirchen - Witzenzell - Eckerzell - Falkenstein - Au - Woppmannsdorf - Kalsi...

The starting point of this route is Michelsneukirchen - state winner of the "Our village should become more beautiful" competition. We leave the village in a south-westerly direction. Via Momannsfelden, Forst and Witzenzell we reach Eckerzell. There we turn right towards Woppmannszell and Falkenstein. From the Ölberg Chapel, we cycle on cycle path no. 26 through Falkenstein in the direction of Au. We pass below Marienstein (St. Peter's branch church). Shortly after Au (near Mietnach), the route continues via Litzelsdorf through the Falkensteiner Vorwald forest via Woppmannsdorf and Grub to Kalsing - national winner of the "Our village should be more beautiful" competition. The route leads back to Michelsneukirchen via Schrötting.
