Route description: Family-friendly route with gentle inclines. The cycle tour leads from historic Rugendorf through idyllic villages into the unspoiled nature of the Franconian Forest Nature Park on well-maintained paths and sections of district road with little traffic. Local signposting: KU 7

Passages through: Rugendorf, Losau, Eisenwind, Feldbuch, Zettlitz.

Distances: Rugendorf - Losau - Eisenwind approx. 5 km, Eisenwind - Zettlitz - Rugendorf approx. 7 km.

Special features/sights: Rugendorf: village church and castle with defensive wall, natural swimming pond.

Connecting routes: The Steinach-Rodach cycle path (not yet developed in the sections: Zettlitz - Zaubach and Losau - Seubelsdorf) in the direction of Rodach/Kronach and in the direction of Stadtsteinach/Kulmbach.
