The Holzweg (Experience Trail Sieg No. 6) takes you on a moderate route of 10.5 kilometers through the picturesque nature around the Rennenberg Cross. Here you can overcome 370 meters in elevation and enjoy the tranquility of the largely car-free surroundings. Along the way, you will encounter the charming Wendelinus Chapel and the idyllic Winterscheid. The circular route is well-marked and offers you the opportunity to experience the diversity of nature and the proximity to water up close. Most sections are unpaved, making the hiking experience even more authentic.
