Hiking in the Eifel: The Daffodil Route – The Daffodil Route

This route was recorded on April 8, 2019

The Daffodil Route. A beautiful hike through the blooming daffodil fields of the Eifel. A must for hiking enthusiasts to go for a walk in spring.

The daffodil route can be walked all year round, but in spring (from the end of March/April/May) it is definitely recommended.

Then the countless wild daffodils bloom and you walk through a "yellow sea" of flowers, a wonderful experience.

The Narcissus Route is a partner road of the Eifelsteig and the hiking trail starts and ends at the town of Höfen on the edge of the Eifel National Park.
