Description by the author

Karslruhe is a West German city located just 15 kilometers from the French border. The city was founded by Margrave Charles III William of Baden-Durlach as the new capital of the Marquis of the same name. As a result, the city has a Renaissance architecture and has a large number of broad avenues in its historic center, which makes movinga around very easy. The many sights that Karlsruhe has to offer are of course visited during the walk and these include the Karlsruhe Palace, Friedrichsplatz, Schlossgarten, ... and a full arsenal of other gems.
