Start and finish: FOC parking lot south 1, Lortzingstraße 2-4, Ochtrup (opposite the school center)

POI: Bentheim Castle, Westerhoff Bentheim House, Church Tower and Fountain (Toarnpütte), Gildehauser Mühle (Ostmühle), Lukasmühle (Friedrich-Hartmann-Museum), Bardel Monastery, Gildehauser Venn, Dreiländersee Gronau, Wallholländermühle Nobbenhuis Ochtrup
