Haderslev Municipality was a municipality in Sønderjylland County, Denmark. It was established in 1970 by merging the town of Haderslev with the rural municipalities of Moltrup, Åstrup, Vonsbæk, Øsby, Halk, Grarup, Starup, Vilstrup, and Hoptrup.
On January 1, 2007, the municipality merged into an expanded Haderslev Municipality. This includes not only the previous municipality but also all municipalities from the former municipalities of Gram and Vojens, as well as the municipality of Bevtoft from the Nørre-Rangstrup Municipality and the municipalities of Hjerndrup, Bjerning, and Fjelstrup from the Christiansfeld Municipality. The first mayor was the former mayor of Gram, Hans Peter Geil from the Venstre party.
