Svaneke Sogn
is a parish community
on the Danish island of Bornholm.
Until 1970, it belonged to the Harde Bornholm's Øster Herred in the former Bornholm County, and then, with the abolition of the Harde structure, it became part of Nexø Municipality in the unchanged Bornholm County, which in turn merged into Bornholm Regional Municipality in January 2003. Initially, the Regional Municipality was free of county jurisdiction – like Copenhagen and Frederiksberg – and was directly under the state, and then with the municipal reform as of January 1, 2007, it was assigned to the Capital Region.
